Assists in the supervision and coordination of all revenue producing operations at the Deanna Rose Children's Children's Farmstead. Assists in supervision and training of temporary personnel. Collects all cash and reconciles cash reports and spreadsheets. Assists with inventory control, merchandising and ordering. Assists in the development of new revenue producing programs. Assumes responsibilities of Supervisor, Operations in their absence.

Assists in the supervision and training of part time and temporary staff including the general store coordinator.

Assists in the supervision and coordination of all revenue producing operations at the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead

Assists in collection and cash counting from all revenue producing operations and donation boxes. Reconciles daily cash reports and completes bank deposits.. Completes daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports

Assists with programing of Point-of-Sale systems used at all revenue operations.

Assists in the development of new revenue producing programs, revenue projections and goals.

Assists at all revenue operations to ensure that the patrons are provided quality service. Provides general information to the public by answering questions, providing direction and enforcing rules.

Assists with merchandise orders and purchasing supplies,receives orders, tracks inventory and assists with inventory control.

Oversees the training of general store coordinator, store purchasing and merchandising.

Assists with cleaning of revenue areas to meet all safety/health inspections.

Assumes responsibility of Operations Supervisor in their absence.

During the off-season, this position will assist in other areas and may perform other duties as assigned.

The employee must work the days and hours necessary to perform all assigned responsibilities and tasks. Must be available (especially during regular business hours or shifts) to communicate with subordinates, supervisors, customers, vendors and any other persons or organization with which interaction is required to accomplish work and employer goals.

The employee must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks, where applicable.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & SPECIAL LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or a related field with an emphasis in accounting preferred; or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience with an emphasis in accounting or related field.

Possession of appropriate, valid driver's license. Must maintain an insurable driving record.

EXPERIENCE:

Two years' experience in food management, retail sales, customer service or an equivalent level of experience.

Management or supervisory experience in a service oriented business or organization beneficial.
