EDUCATION & SPECIAL LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Possession of a valid driver's license and maintain and insurable driving record.
EXPERIENCE:
At least one year of customer service or conflict resolution experience.
At least one year of experience in directing activities of volunteers, subordinate staff, or the public.
Experience in waste management, recycling, or facility operations is preferred.
SKILLS:
Attention to detail.

Good oral communication skills.
Advanced math skills.
Tracking accounts payable and reconciliation.
Ability to use email and spreadsheet software to track information and data.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to operate City vehicle.
Ability to operate power and/or hand tools such as screw drivers, hammers, pliers, leaf blower and mower.
Ability to make and receive phone calls.
Ability to operate office equipment such as copy machine, calculator, fax machine, computer, telephone.
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and transport 20 feet.
Ability to reach, stand, lift, bend, stoop, push, pull, and walk.
Excessive standing and/or walking.
Exposure to loud noises.
Exposure to extreme temperatures.
