EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, architecture, urban design, or a related field.
Three years of experience in current planning or as a generalist planner, or an equivalent level of experience.
SKILLS:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Good word processing, spreadsheet and graphic presentation skills.

Ability to learn and understand complex PC software applications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Hand and eye coordination adequate to input into computer.
Visual stamina and acuity adequate to review alpha/numeric data.
Ability to make and receive phone calls.
Ability to sit and be attentive for extended periods of time
Ability to attend public meetings during the day and evening hours
Ability to drive a city vehicle
