EDUCATION & SPECIAL LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS:
Basic education with additional experience in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, or electrical.
Possession of an appropriate, valid driver's license.
Must maintain an insurable driving record.
Must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License.
EXPERIENCE:
Three years experience in maintaining buildings and grounds: including electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Fiscal management including budget preparation, cost and budget analysis, expenditure control and records management.
Mechanical aptitude.
Basic carpentry, electrical repairs and installation, concrete, and plumbing.
