Botanical Gardens & Hiking Trails
Thirteen different gardens offer an array of shrubs, ornamental grasses, flowers, trees and water features. Nearly four miles of paved and wood chip hiking trails wind through a trove of trees. Trails range from easy to difficult.
Ecosystems
Homeowners, landscapers and arborists have an opportunity to view and evaluate a wide variety of trees and ecosystems, including rare plant species. Plants in the Arboretum are carefully selected for suitability to local soil and climate conditions, insect and disease resistance, and overall low maintenance requirements.
Art
Art is a part of our everyday life. Enjoy viewing sculptures, collections and exhibitions.

Parents, pool jobs are a
great opportunity for your
child to get that first job.
Kids will gain experience
and learn about being
responsible. Lifeguards, cashiers, pool managers, swim and dive coaches needed. Apply at www.opkansas.org.

Lifeguards must be 15 years old or older by May 1. Lifeguard training is provided to the applicant at no cost.

Pool managers must have completed their sophomore
year in college before they are eligible to apply.

2018 memberships will be available early spring. Keep an eye out for the early-bird discounted special rate.
Outdoor Pools Open May 27
Enjoy 90 minutes of swim time followed by an
hour of party time in your own room for up to 25 people. The party package is $175. For
