This property was acquired through a city developer agreement with the Price Brothers and included a Transportation Development District (TDD) funding mechanism, exchange of this property, construction of 163rd Street and the right-of-way and construction of an interchange at US-69 Highway and 159th Street. In conjunction with the development, the City entered into an agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation for the
