What’s your level of satisfaction with your city?
We want to know
Overland Park is participating in a citywide survey of residents to measure the
level of satisfaction with services and more.
Randomly selected residents will receive a survey in the mail
later this summer from ETC Institute, Olathe. Approximately
6,000 addresses will receive the
survey to accurately measure the community’s level of satisfaction of
city services, programs and more.
ETC Institute uses its DirectionFinder survey instrument and will directly contact residents. Initial efforts will be a mailed survey. Respondents can complete the survey and send it back in a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
If a response has not been received in about a week following the mailing of the survey, ETC officials will send an email to remind randomly selected households to participate and submit a response to questions.
