Traffic Safety Unit/ Animal Control
The Traffic Safety Unit is comprised of the following:
 Captain
Sergeants (2)
Traffic Officers (10) Animal Control Supervisor Animal Control Officers (4) Motorist Assist Officers (4) Traffic Technician
Traffic Volunteers (3)
The Animal Control Unit handled 3797 calls for service and issued 397 animal related citations.
The Motorist Assist Unit answered 2808 calls for service in 2018. The Unit also conducted 12 Child Car Seat installation events.
