For Overland Park Residents www.opkansas.org Winter 2019
Fresh look and feel: Same useful services you can use
It’s new, it’s pleasing to the eye, and it’s even easier to use. The City has a brand new website, and we want you to check it out.
Overland Park launched a redesigned website, www.opkansas.org, to better serve you and the community.
The website gives a fresh digital face to our community, services and programs. You’ll notice it includes more images and videos, is easier to navigate, and provides more information about popular recreational amenities and events, including City parks, the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, and 9/11 and Korean War Veterans memorials. Plus, it’s designed with accessibility and mobile visitors in mind. Visit
the site
from a phone,
desktop
computer, or
assistive
technology,
and you’ll
have a
seamless
experience.
There’s no need to download an app or visit a secondary site for your phone or tablet.
Updates include:
Easy access to OPCares, the City’s online customer service center.
Information about top-requested services available via the home page or any page with mega-menu navigation.
Simple steps to file and find police reports online.
Expanded information about the amenities at Overland Park’s 83 parks.
An attractive events calendar to help you find something fun to do.
One place to find information about all of the City’s street construction.
Simplified information about applying for a career with the City.
A map showing real-time updates as snow crews treat and plow City streets during winter weather.
              Stay up-to-date
Overland Park makes it simple for you to know what’s going on in the community.
